Why is Positive Thinking so important ?

Very few practice positive thinking. But,what most people don’t know is that the truth of life revolves around positive thinking and doing it with the right attitude. Successful people reach their set goals and targets by thinking positively, with much energy and enthusiasm generated both in the mind and in the body. If we want to achieve our goals by practicing positive thinking, changing the way we think is simply a matter of changing a habit and this can be done in less time than you might think. With practice you will have this new habit perfected and will be practicing positive thinking automatically and without difficulty in no time at all. We need to constantly remind ourselves that changing how we think is for our own good and we’re doing it to get good results in the near future.

CHAPTER 2: NO MORE FAILURE FOR YOU

Walking up early, happy and in a good mood is the best way to start the day: Waking up every morning around 5 am to look around you think positively and appreciate what you have is the best day to prepare yourself to fight whatever encounters you later that day. The formula given by Doctor Norman Vincent Peale is: Try, Really Try, Think, Really Think, Believe, Really Believe. Try, Really Try: This means Work Hard, and keep working, and trying, and never ever give up Think, Really Think: This means Think in a creative, out of the box positive way to solve problems, and think of everything you have, be grateful Believe, Really Believe: This means to believe in God, in results of positive thinking, as well as in your capacities By practicing the formula above to your daily lives, you can encounter whatever tackles you in life

CHAPTER 1:PRECONDITION YOUR MIND TO SUCCESS:

Many people don't think about the future as they fear it (we all fear things we don't know), but they'd rather live the moment present. Indeed living the moment is important in life, but that doesn't mean that you should not from times to times, sit alone and think about how do you imagine yourself in a couple of years. In fact thoughts are very important in making you who you will soon be. There are people with two types of thoughts: Some of them have Negative, week, Self-Destructive thoughts (Example: In a couple of years I won't get into a good university as my current grades will get me nowhere). While some others have Positive, hopeful, encouraging and strong thoughts (Example: In a couple of years despite getting bad grades I will keep working without giving up and i will get into a good university) IN CONCLUSION, having positive, hopeful, and encouraging thoughts about the future is the attitude to adopt, rather than having self-destructive, negative thoughts, as Buddha say: "What you think, You Become"
